Return Policy

商品到着後、一週間以内に明らかな商品不具合が見受けられた場合のみ、送料当方負担にて返品、交換いたします。

※ハンドメイド品に関して

一点毎にデザイン性の異なる商品の場合、その理由での返品、交換はいかなる場合でもお受けできません。



We will return or exchange the item at the shipping cost only if there is a clear defect within one week after the item arrives.

※About handmade products

In the case of products with different designs for each item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for that reason in any case.
